- 2 pound ground beef (makes 4 ½lb or 8 ¼ lb burgers)
- 1 bottle Texas Sriracha Anytime Sauce
- 4 to 8 slices of Smoked Gouda
- 8 slices hickory smoked bacon (fried or grilled)
- 1 package hamburger buns
- 1 medium tomato sliced
Mix together 8 oz. of Stubb’s Texas Sriracha Anytime Sauce and ground beef. Form into patties. Prepare grill for direct cooking. Over high heat, grill patties on each side for 4 to 6 minutes to your desired cooked level. Remove from grill. Place patty on bun and top with Gouda, bacon, tomato and lettuce. (For an extra kick add more Stubb’s Texas Sriracha Anytime Sauce to patties).
