- 2 pound ground beef
- 6 slices peppered bacon (cooked)
- 6 slices pepper jack cheese
- 6 hamburger buns
- 1 bottle Sweet Black Pepper Anytime Sauce
- Garnish: Mustard, Lettuce, Tomato, Pickles & Red onions
Prepare your grill for direct cooking. In a mixing bowl combine ground beef and 1 cup of Stubb’s Sweet Black Pepper Anytime Sauce. Thoroughly mix the sauce into the ground meat. Form meat into six evenly sized patties. Grill patties for 5 to 7 minutes on each side. Remove from grill. Cut bacon slices in half.
To build your Double cheeseburger, apply mustard to the bottom bun. Then add a pattie topped with a slice of cheese. Next, place 2 halves of bacon on top of the cheese. Repeat for the second pattie. Top with lettuce, tomato and Red onion. Sever with a pickle on the side.
