Start by coating the pork sausage patties with a layer of the pork rub and a coating of the sea salt.
Let the patties sit at room temperature for 15 minutes while you make the sauce and the cole slaw.
Preheat the grill to medium high heat, about 400 degrees.
Add the pork patties to the grill, cooking for 4 minutes, then flip and cook another 3-4 minutes on the second side.
Dip each burger patty in the bbq bang bang sauce to coat completely, then place on the bottom of a bun. Top with a scoop of the slaw and then place another dipped burger patty on top.
Top the second burger patty with another scoop of slaw then place the top bun on.
Repeat with the remaining burgers and serve immediately.
