- 1 bottle Sweet Black Pepper Anytime Sauce
- 2 tbsp. Red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 pound chicken breasts
- Salad mix
- Cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 red onion (chopped)
In a separate bowl mix Red Wine vinegar, Olive oil and 4 tbsp. Stubb’s Sweet Black Pepper Anytime Sauce.
In a Ziploc bag add Chicken and remaining Sweet Black Pepper Anytime Sauce. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight. Pre Heat grill for direct cooking. Grill chicken for 5 to 8 mins. on each side. Cook chicken to an internal temperature of 165° degrees. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 to 10 mins. Slice and place on top of salad.
While chicken is resting combine salad, tomatoes, walnuts and red onion. Place sliced chicken on top and drizzle with vinaigrette dressing.
