Stubb’s Texas Butter Chicken

  • 2 pound chicken thighs, bone-in, skin on
  • 3 tablespoon Stubb’s Chicken Spice Rub
  • 1 bottle Stubb’s Texas Butter Injectable Marinade


  • Pour the injectable marinade into a measuring cup or bowl, before pulling it into the injector kit.

  • Use ½ to 1 oz. of marinade in each chicken thigh, injecting each in multiple spots to ensure even flavor.

  • Then rub each thigh with Stubb’s Chicken Spice Rub over the skin.

  • Prepare the grill at medium-high heat. Cook for about 5-10 minutes per side or until you reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
