  • 2 boxes (8 1/ounces each) corn muffin mix
  • 2 can (15 1/4 ounces each) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can (14 3/4 ounces) cream-style corn
  • 1/2 cup Stubb’s® Green Chile Anytime Sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 medium jalapeño, seeded and chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • Bake 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
