Sweet Black Pepper Pork Tenderloin
1 Pork Tenderloin about 1 to 1 ½ pounds
1 Bottle Stubb’s Sweet Black Pepper Anytime Sauce
2 tbsp. Olive oil
In a zip lock bag combine tenderloin and 8 oz. Stubb’s Sweet Black Pepper Anytime Sauce. Remove as much air as possible and seal bag. Refrigerate and let Tenderloin marinate over night up 24 hours. Remove from refrigerator and prepare grill for direct cooking. Over medium high heat grill tenderloin for 10 to 15 minutes flipping often. Cook to an internal temperature of 145° degrees. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes. Slice and serve.
Optional: use remaining Sweet Black pepper sauce as a dip.Print This Recipe
