4 sheets aluminum foil (12×12-inches each)
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup Stubb’s Original Bar-B-Q Sauce
1/3 cup Stubb’s Wicked Wing Sauce or Stubb’s Original Wing Sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 hamburger buns
Your favorite hamburger toppings
Heat grill on medium-high heat.
Mix together salt and meat. Shape mixture into four patties.
Mix Stubb’s Bar-B-Q Sauce, Stubb’s Wicked Wing Sauce, brown sugar and lemon juice in a bowl. (Save some extra Stubb’s Bar-B-Q Sauce for later).
Place each patty on its own 12×12-inch sheet of foil. Pour sauce mixture evenly over each patty. Flip the patty so that both sides are coated in sauce.
Wrap each patty snugly in aluminum foil. Grill foil-wrapped patties about 20 minutes, flipping occasionally.
Remove foil, slather with extra Stubb’s Bar-B-Q Sauce and serve on a bun with your favorite toppings.
