1 1/2 lbs. Brussels sprouts, cleaned and cup in 1/2
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons Stubb’s Pork Spice Rub
Crumbled cooked bacon (optional)
Heat oven to 400°F.
Toss the Brussels sprouts in the olive oil. Place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Be sure to spread out the Brussels sprouts out in one layer, to ensure even cooking. Sprinkle with Stubb’s Pork Spice Rub.
Roast the Brussels sprouts for 35 to 40 minutes, until they have browned and become crispy. For added flavor, toss with crumbled cooked bacon before serving (optional).
