1 large head of Cabbage
1 bottle Stubb’s Chicken marinade
3 tbsp finely chopped onions
¼ cup mayo
½ cup Stubb’s Sweet Black Pepper Anytime sauce
Salt to taste
Cut cabbage into one inch thick slices. Marinate slices in Chicken marinade for at least 30 minutes. Prepare grill for direct cooking. Combine Sweet Black Pepper, Mayo and onions. This will be used to baste the cabbage and can be used as extra dressing after grilling. Grill cabbage for 4 to 5 minutes on each side flipping only once. During the last couple of minutes of grilling, baste cabbage with the Sweet Black Pepper mixture. Remove from grill, salt to taste and serve as cabbage steaks or chop and serve as cole slaw.
