Stubb’s Cowboy Queso Dip
1 cup Stubb’s Original Bar-B-Q Sauce
1 15 oz. can black beans, drained
1 32 oz. package Velveeta, cubed
1 cup freshly prepared guacamole
In a large microwave safe bowl, combine Velveeta, Original Bar-B-Q Sauce, and black beans. Microwave on high for two minutes then stir. Microwave for an additional two minutes and stir. Repeat until cheese is fully melted.
In the center of a serving bowl, spoon 1 cup of guacamole. Top with 2 cups of the cheese mixture. Serve with tortilla chips.Print This Recipe
