Sriracha Grilled Shrimp with Blue Cheese



¼ cup Stubb’s Texas Sriracha Anytime Sauce (plus extra for dipping)

¼ cup honey

2 tablespoons Soy Sauce


1½ pounds peeled and deveined shrimp, tails on

½ cup blue cheese crumbles

Blue Cheese or Ranch dressing (optional)


Cooking Instructions:


Place shrimp in a medium bowl. Mix Stubb’s Texas Sriracha Anytime Sauce, honey and soy sauce in a small bowl. Pour over shrimp and marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes – 1 hour.

To make Shrimp:

Preheat grill to 400-500° degrees and spray with cooking spray.

Remove shrimp from marinade and place on grill. Sear for 2-3 minutes (depending on size of shrimp) and flip. Cook for another 2-3 minutes or until shrimp is curled up and pink.

Serve immediately with additional Stubb’s Texas Sriracha Sauce, blue cheese and optional salad dressing.
