1 bottle Stubb’s Pork Marinade
4 chicken breasts
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup sriracha
In the refrigerator, marinate chicken breasts overnight in Stubb’s Pork Marinade. Remove from marinade and let stand for 10 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix together honey and sriracha.
Prepare a grill for direct high-heat grilling (approximately 450°F). Place chicken on the grill. Flip every 3 minutes, glazing the chicken breasts with sriracha sauce after each flip. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until chicken breasts reach an internal temp of 165°F. Glaze one last time prior to pulling chicken off of the grill. Let stand for five minutes before serving.
