Green Chile Corn Casserole

2 boxes (8 1/2 ounces each) corn muffin mix
2 cans (15 1/4 ounces each) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (14 3/4 ounces) cream-style corn
1/2 cup Stubb’s® Green Chile Anytime Sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
1 medium jalapeño, seeded and chopped
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
Preheat oven to 350º F. Mix all ingredients and 1 cup of the cheese in a large bowl until well blended. Pour mixture into a greased 13×9-inch baking dish.
Bake 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
