1 lb boneless chicken thighs, trimmed
½ cup Stubb’s Smokey Mesquite Bar-B-Q Sauce
1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat the bottom of a baking pan with cooking oil and place aside.
Rinse chicken thighs and pat dry.
Combine breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese in a bowl.
Pour sauce into separate bowl. Coat each chicken thigh in sauce, then place in breadcrumb mixture. Turn in bowl until all sides are coated. Repeat until all chicken is breaded.
Place breaded chicken in baking pan. Bake about 25 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
