Stubb's Serrano Pepper-Cheese Spinach

Ingredients

  • 1 pound frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 8 ounce cream cheese, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped picked Serranos
  • 1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Rinse spinach; drain well. Squeeze out all remaining water by hand.

  • Mix cream cheese, peppers, garlic, salt & pepper and heavy whipping cream with spinach in large bowl.

  • Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until dish is heated through and bubbly. Serve hot.
