Heat grill on medium-high heat.
Mix together salt and meat. Shape mixture into four patties.
Mix Stubb's Bar-B-Q Sauce, Stubb's Wicked Wing Sauce, brown sugar and lemon juice in a bowl. (Save some extra Stubb's Bar-B-Q Sauce for later).
Place each patty on its own 12x12-inch sheet of foil. Pour sauce mixture evenly over each patty. Flip the patty so that both sides are coated in sauce.
Wrap each patty snugly in aluminum foil. Grill foil-wrapped patties about 20 minutes, flipping occasionally.
Remove foil, slather with extra Stubb's Bar-B-Q Sauce and serve on a bun with your favorite toppings.
