- 1/2 pound Ground Beef
- 1/2 cup Stubbs Texas Sriracha Anytime Sauce
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 1/4 cup torn fresh mint leaves
- 18 large Boston lettuce leaves (about 2 heads) or iceberg or romaine lettuce leaves
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot.
- 2 Add ground beef; cook 8 to 10 minutes, breaking into small crumbles and stirring occasionally.
- 3 Pour off drippings. Stir in Stubb's Texas Sriracha Anytime Sauce and hoisin sauce; cook until heated through. J
- 4 ust before serving, add cucumber, carrots and torn mint; toss gently. Serve beef mixture in lettuce leaves. Garnish with mint, if desired.
