Stubb's Texas Sriracha Anytime Sauce Lettuce Wraps

  • 1/2 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 cup Stubb's® Texas Sriracha Anytime Sauce
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/4 cup torn fresh mint leaves
  • 18 large Boston lettuce leaves (about 2 heads) or iceberg or romaine lettuce leaves
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish


  • Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot.

  • Add ground beef; cook 8 to 10 minutes, breaking into small crumbles and stirring occasionally.

  • Pour off drippings. Stir in Stubb's Texas Sriracha Anytime Sauce and hoisin sauce; cook until heated through. J

  • ust before serving, add cucumber, carrots and torn mint; toss gently. Serve beef mixture in lettuce leaves. Garnish with mint, if desired.
