- 2 pound ground beef (85% lean)
- 1 cup Stubb’s Beef Marinade
- Toasted buns, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise for serving.
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Prepare the grill for direct cooking.
- 2 In a large bowl mix ground beef and Stubb’s Beef Marinade together. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- 3 Make 4 hamburger patties. Grill over medium-high direct heat, about 5 minutes per side for medium (8 minutes per side for well done).
- 4 Serve on toasted buns with sliced cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise.
