Texas Sriracha Marinated Fish Fillets

Ingredients

  • 4 each to 6 ounce fillets firm skinless white fish, salmon, or your fish of choice
  • Salt and pepper, as needed
  • 1 to 1/2 cup Stubb's Texas Sriracha Anytime Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Place the fish fillets in a large plastic Ziploc bag or into a non-reactive bowl and cover with sauce, coating both sides. Seal or cover and marinate for a few hours to overnight.
  • 2 To cook, preheat oven to 400° degrees. Season the tops of the fillets with salt and pepper. Depending on the thickness of your fillets, bake for 8-14 minutes, or until the fish easily flakes with a fork. (Do not overcook.) Serve immediately.
