- 2 pound chicken thighs, bone-in, skin on
- 3 tablespoon Stubb’s Chicken Spice Rub
- 1 bottle Stubb’s Texas Butter Injectable Marinade
Pour the injectable marinade into a measuring cup or bowl, before pulling it into the injector kit.
Use ½ to 1 oz. of marinade in each chicken thigh, injecting each in multiple spots to ensure even flavor.
Then rub each thigh with Stubb’s Chicken Spice Rub over the skin.
Prepare the grill at medium-high heat. Cook for about 5-10 minutes per side or until you reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
