- 2 pound chicken thighs, bone-in, skin on
- 3 tablespoon Stubb’s Chicken Spice Rub
- 1 bottle Stubb’s Texas Butter Injectable Marinade
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Pour the injectable marinade into a measuring cup or bowl, before pulling it into the injector kit.
- 2 Use ½ to 1 oz. of marinade in each chicken thigh, injecting each in multiple spots to ensure even flavor.
- 3 Then rub each thigh with Stubb’s Chicken Spice Rub over the skin.
- 4 Prepare the grill at medium-high heat. Cook for about 5-10 minutes per side or until you reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
