Stubb's Sweet Mini Cocktail Beef Sausage Brunch Bites

  • 1 package (13 ounces) cocktail-size smoked beef sausage links
  • 3/4 cup Stubb's Honey Pecan Bar-B-Q Sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 tablespoon packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 can (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls


  • Preheat oven to 350°F.

  • Combine Stubb's Bar-B-Q sauce, pecans, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon in a mixing bowl. Spread into a 9-inch round baking pan.

  • Unroll dough and separate into 8 triangles.  Cut each triangle lengthwise into 3 smaller triangles to make 24 triangles.  Place 1 sausage on shortest side of 1 triangle and roll up. Repeat with remaining sausages and dough triangles.  Place rolls, point- sides down, in baking pan, leaving space between rolls.

  • Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until rolls are golden brown and cooked through.  Immediately turn baking pan upside down onto large plate.  Carefully remove pan.  Pecans will be on top. Serve warm.
