Stubb's GF Honey Pecan Chicken Nuggets

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup Stubb’s Honey Pecan Bar-B-Q Sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup crushed GF honey corn flakes
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Stubb’s Pork Spice Rub
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken cut in 2”-3” chunks


  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with non-stick cooking spray.

  • Beat egg in bowl then mix in Stubb’s Honey Pecan Bar-B-Q Sauce.

  • Mix corn flakes and Stubb’s Chile-Lime Spice Rub.

  • Coat chicken pieces in egg mixture then roll in corn flakes. Set each piece on baking sheet, leaving room between each nugget.

  • Bake in oven for 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
