- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup Stubb’s Honey Pecan Bar-B-Q Sauce
- 1 1/2 cup crushed GF honey corn flakes
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Stubb’s Pork Spice Rub
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken cut in 2”-3” chunks
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- 2 Beat egg in bowl then mix in Stubb’s Honey Pecan Bar-B-Q Sauce.
- 3 Mix corn flakes and Stubb’s Chile-Lime Spice Rub.
- 4 Coat chicken pieces in egg mixture then roll in corn flakes. Set each piece on baking sheet, leaving room between each nugget.
- 5 Bake in oven for 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
