Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Beat egg in bowl then mix in Stubb’s Honey Pecan Bar-B-Q Sauce.
Mix corn flakes and Stubb’s Chile-Lime Spice Rub.
Coat chicken pieces in egg mixture then roll in corn flakes. Set each piece on baking sheet, leaving room between each nugget.
Bake in oven for 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
