Ingredients

1 1/2 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup Stubb’s® Sticky Sweet Bar-B-Q Sauce, divided

INSTRUCTIONS

1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients, using only 1/4 cup of the Bar-B-Q Sauce, in medium bowl, just until mixed. Shape into a loaf and place on foil-lined 13x9-inch baking pan sprayed lightly with no stick cooking spray. Spread remaining 3/4 cup Bar-B-Q Sauce over top.
2 Bake 50 minutes to 1 hour or until cooked through (internal temperature reaches 160ºF). Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
