- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 2 pounds)
- 2 tablespoons Stubb’s Bar-B-Q Rub
- 1 cup Sticky Sweet Bar-B-Q Sauce
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 buns or sandwich rolls
Sprinkle chicken evenly with the Bar-B-Q Rub.
Grill chicken on medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes on each side until cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F). Baste chicken with Stubb's Sticky Sweet Bar-B-Q Sauce frequently during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
Remove from grill and place cheese on top of chicken. Serve on a bun topped with avocado slices.
