Place shrimp in a medium bowl. Mix Stubb's Texas Sriracha Anytime Sauce, honey and soy sauce in a small bowl. Pour over shrimp and marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes - 1 hour.
Preheat grill to 400-500° degrees and spray with cooking spray.
Remove shrimp from marinade and place on grill. Sear for 2-3 minutes (depending on size of shrimp) and flip. Cook for another 2-3 minutes or until shrimp is curled up and pink.
Serve immediately with additional Stubb's Texas Sriracha Sauce, blue cheese and optional salad dressing.
