Prepare your grill for medium direct heat.
Over medium heat, cook bacon in a non-stick skillet for 5-7 minutes or until crispy. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
On a floured surface, separate the pizza dough into thirds and roll each piece into a 7-inch round. Place on pizza dough round on oiled grill. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes, then flip. Spread a generous amount of BBQ sauce over the dough, then top with cheese, bacon crumbles, pineapple, and tomato. Cover and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes. Repeat with remaining pizza dough rounds. Slice each round into 6 pieces before serving.
Alternatively, bake pizzas in on a cookie sheet in a 425°F oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is browned.
