Foil-Wrapped Salmon for Two

  • 2 salmon filets
  • 2 teaspoon Chicken Spice Rub
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoon Menage A Trois Chardonnay
  • Aluminum foil


  • Prepare the grill for medium heat, direct grilling.

  • Place each salmon filet on a square 12” piece of foil.  Pull the foil up on all sides to create a bowl around the fish.  Top each salmon filet with 1 teaspoon Chicken Spice Rub, 1 tablespoon butter, ½ tablespoon lemon juice and 2 tablespoons chardonnay.   Seal the foil packet by folding the top over twice and then sealing the sides, leaving space for steam expansion.

  • Grill over medium heat for 12 minutes.  Carefully fold the foil back after cooking to allow the steam to escape.
