- 1 pound chicken quarters (skin on)
- Stubb’s Bar-B-Q Rub
- Stubb’s Moppin’ Sauce (optional)
Prepare grill for direct high-heat grilling (approximately 450°F).
In a large pan, rub chicken quarters liberally with Stubb’s Bar-B-Q rub. If desired, slather chicken with Stubb’s Moppin’ Sauce.
Using tongs place chicken on grill over direct high-heat. Cook on each side for 7-10 minutes, until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached. Remove from grill and let stand for five minutes before serving.
