Use a slow cooker to make the chicken. Place the chicken in the slow cooker, pour Stubb’s Spicy Bar-B-Q Sauce over it, covering the chicken completely. Let it cook for 4 hours on low; then using 2 forks shred the chicken.
Preheat the oven to 450°.
Roll out the pizza dough and top with a thin layer of Stubb’s Spicy Bar-B-Q Sauce, shredded chicken, red onions and cheese.
Bake for about 10-12 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with fresh cilantro and a drizzle of sour cream.
