Preheat oven to 425. Sprinkle pizza stone or baking sheet with corn meal. Flour work surface with flour and shape pizza dough into a round or rustic rectangle style. Move the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet. I purchased raw dough from the grocery store to make this even easier.
Evenly coat the dough with the BBQ sauce and then cheddar cheese
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until everything looks bubbly and cooked. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped cilantro and drizzle with ranch dressing.
