In a saucepan, combine the dark chocolate chips and heavy whipping cream. Warm over low heat until chips are melted, stirring frequently to avoid burning.
When melted, add Stubb’s Spicy Bar-B-Q Sauce for a slight spice kick. Add 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper at a time until the sauce is spicy enough for your liking. Repeat with the Ancho chili powder, if desired.
Pour over vanilla ice cream, brownies or anything else that could use a delicious spicy helping of chocolate.
