In a tall glass, spoon Stubb’s Sweet Heat in the bottom of the glass. Add lime juice and simple syrup. Stir to homogenize sauce with lime and simple syrup. Add ginger beer stirring to do the same. Add ice. Gently pour the black rum on top of drink using the back of a spoon so that the spirit floats on top. Squeeze one lime wedge into the glass and use as garnish.
