Preheat grill on medium heat. Rub steaks on all sides with Steak Rub, pressing into meat. Let stand at room temperature while preparing the sauce.
For the Red Wine Sauce, heat olive oil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat. Add shallots and sauté, sitrring frequently, until lightly caramelized, about 5 minutes. Add wine, increase temperature to high; cook until reduced by half. Add Texas Steakhouse Marinade, beef broth and butter; reduce heat to low and continue cooking about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, grill steaks 5 to 6 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Let steaks rest 5 minutes before serving. Serve with Red Wine Sauce.
