For a quick, easy, and healthful meal for any time of year, grab some salmon from your local grocery store and a bottle of your favorite Stubb’s Marinade. Pair it with delicious steamed, seasonal vegetables and you’ve got yourself a vitamin- and nutrient-packed dinner plate.
The key to getting crispy skin on your salmon is drying off your salmon before cooking and sautéing it over medium-high heat. The pan and cooking oil must be hot in order to allow the skin to get crispy, thus it will also not stick to your pan (so no non-stick pans needed for this one). Get a golden-brown top to the fillet by flipping it to its top side and cook for about a minute to allow it to sear. To finish cooking the fish, simply pop it in a preheated oven for a few minutes. This whole process will take less than ten minutes and you can steam your veggies while the salmon is finishing in the oven.
Use this recipe for marinated pan-roasted salmon as a go-to for busy weeknights or when you want to impress dinner guests with your fish cooking skills.
