4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1oz Stubb’s Bar-B-Q rub
8oz Stubb’s Sweet Heat Bar-B-Q sauce
2 avocados sliced
4 slices provolone cheese
4 buns or sandwich rolls
Lightly dust chicken with the BBQ rub. Set grill up for direct cooking. Grill chicken on high heat for 5 to 7 minutes on each side until you get an internal temp of at least 165 degrees. Baste chicken with Sweet Heat BBQ sauce 2 to 3 times during the last 5 minutes of cooking. Remove from grill and place cheese on top of chicken. Serve on a bun with avocado slices.
