Chipotle Butter Pork Tenderloin
6 tablespoons Stubb’s Pork Spice Rub
1 bottle Stubb’s Chipotle Butter Injectable Marinade
3 pounds Pork Tenderloin
Inject Pork Tenderloin with marinade using 2 to 3 ounces per pound. Then rub with Pork Spice Rub, using about 2 tablespoons per pound.
Cook on a grill at 250 degrees for about 1½ to 2 hours or until you reach an internal temperature of 145 to 160 (depending on what level you like you meat done).
