Ribeye Steaks with Stubb’s Butter Wing Sauce
4 Ribeye steaks
Stubb’s Steak Rub
½ a stick of butter
Stubb’s Wing Sauce
The night before grilling the steaks, prepare the Stubb’s Butter Wing Sauce. In a microwave safe bowl, melt ½ stick of butter. Stir in 4 tablespoons of Stubb’s Wing Sauce. Cover and refrigerate overnight, allowing the sauce to harden.
Prepare grill for direct high-heat grilling (approximately 450°F).
Rub ribeye steaks liberally with Stubb’s Steak Rub. Grill the steaks over high heat about 5-6 minutes per side for medium doneness (adjust cooking time according to your preference).
Remove the steaks from the grill. While steak is resting (about 5 minutes), place 1 tablespoon of Stubb’s Butter Wing Sauce on top of each steak and allow it to melt over steak.Print This Recipe
