Hatch Chile

Hatch Green Chiles meet garlic and lime with premium spices to deliver a taste of Texas Heat.

Every year Stubb spent time in New Mexico, where he developed a love of green chiles and Southwest flavors. Share that love with family and friends with this Hatch Green Chile Cookin Sauce. This sauce works best with chicken, but can also add great flavor to pork or beef.

Gluten Free Ingredients

Finishing Sauce: Water, Anaheim Green Peppers, Hatch Green Chile, Salt, Brown Sugar, Pineapple Juice (From Concentrate), Distilled Vinegar, Lime Juice (From Concentrate), Corn Starch, Spices, Dried Onion and Garlic, Fried Orange Peel, Dried Lemon Peel, Natural Flavor, Xanthan Gum.

Cooking Sauce: Water, Seasoning Blend (Brown Sugar, Salt, Spices, Dehydrated Onion and Garlic, Lime Juice Powder [lime juice concentrate, corn syrup solids]), Distilled Vinegar, Organic Tamari Sauce (Water, Organic Whole Soybeans, Salt), Cane Sugar, Apple Juice Concentrate, Contains Less Than 0.5% of: Molasses, Ground Ginger (Ginger, Water, Phosphoric Acid, Xanthan Gum), Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum.

Spice Rub: Chile Pepper, Sea Salt, Cane Sugar, Lime Juice (Corn Syrup Solids, Lime Juice, Lime Oil), Paprika, Mustard Seed, Spices, Garlic, Onion, Red Pepper.
